CT @ 23 on prior surface (facet layer); no ECT results. Despite wind deposition in that location, new snow is still soft and has not formed slabs No signs of instability while we skinned/skied; no cracks observed on snowmobile tracks from the previous day, nor any signs of recent avalanches in the Hellroaring basin terrain visible through the fog.

Snowpack

Wind-loaded pit near ridge-top was ~200 cm deep. Top 60 cm was new precipitation from the weekend storms, increasing in density and temperature with depth but still soft Prior surface is now a thin crust/facet layer
