Quick report
Just a comment on rockfall hazard in the gulch - on Saturday 5/18/24 we saw ~4 separate rockfall incidents in the Gulch while we were climbing. All of the rockfall we saw took the lowest path of resistance in the center of the gulley right where the climbers were. (Maybe 8:30am. And note the large boulder that is sitting precariously on the snow ready to either sink in the snow or start rolling soon.) And thanks to the climbing rangers for this great web site and all you guys/gals do (Avy forecasts, rescues, trailhead driving distance updates, etc.)
