The newer/harder/supportive wind slabs showing little reactivity on the surface, but failed on a 1cm thick layer of rods beneath new wind slab/atop new snow during isolation for an ECT in gully 2 at ~4800’. Areas of softer snow bonding better. Good bonding found between new snow (1/6)to old wind slab and/or MFC in GOS, Huntington, tucks, great gulf - all aspects for each. Moderate bonding found between new snow and MFC, all aspects same zones. Poor bonding between new snow (1/7) to MFC- all aspects, new wind slabs and new snow-all eastern aspects with higher reactivity found specifically in eastern and southeastern aspects. Similar slabs found in numerous eastern/southeastern aspects along the entirety of eastern Washington.
