Quick report

Total snowpack height 175cm. 25cms of soft snow from the Easter storm combined with new snow from last couple days, varying soft snow depth anywhere from 1” to 2’; it seems to be mostly loaded from a NE wind, which is consistent from the weather of the previous 24 hours. Pencil hard MFC below the Easter storm. Pit dug at 3500’, south face. ECTP 14x2. CT14x2 failed on the Easter storm MFC interface. Failed on rounding near surface facets/surface hoar, I didn’t get too scientific on what caused the actual failure. Turned around where hippie ridge starts getting steep at about 3500’. Hippie ridge blue hole provides soft powder turns in the sun.
