Quick report

Collapsing
Observed

See profile.  Moderate, propagating results on the 2/2 interface, buried 2 feet deep.  At this west-facing BTL location, the weak layer is facets above a meltfreeze crust, no surface hoar.  The January 5 layer, down 4 feet deep, also produced propagating results after additional loading steps, under the old hard slab from January.  That layer is rounding but still has a problematic hard-over-weak structure.

Triggered a localized collapse stepping out of my skis to dig the pit.
