Cheops

In most areas we found 20cm of unconsolidated storm snow, but in wind affected areas above 2200m it was starting to slab up. I ski cut a 20cm deep storm slab x 30m wide at the entrance to Cheops North at 2:10pm. On steep SW aspects we had sluffing running on the Dec 9 sun crust and isolated shearing.
