Quick report
Extensive surface hoar formation up to 2 cm along S ridge, Teton Pass. Moderate winds out of NE up to 20mph. Propagation below raincrust in snowpit in Avy Bowl on 2-3mm facets. Very poor early season snowpack structure. The BTAC weather forecast states, "Westerly winds remained calm," but winds were out of the NE yesterday. Thought I'd let you know ;-)
