- <p>A widespread persistent weak layer of faceted snow exists on west/north/east aspects at the mid and upper elevations, and was buried underneath the 15-30 cms of storm snow that fell on Wednesday, February 11. Although this storm didn't produce enough of a load to make the faceted layer especially reactive, the forecasted snow and wind will certainly overload this PWL this coming week.</p>
