Our party of three skied the first section of Radar Love, and then decided to ski the steeper section, 37ish degrees, past a small tree line. As the first person of our party dropped into the steep section over a roll over they trigger a small new snow avalanche, maybe 6-8 inches deep 20-25 feet wide. Our party member did arrested and did not get carried. The debris pile was small and run out long.
As the avalanche wasn’t large, didn’t pose a serious hazard, and aspect didn’t have a PWL, the other two members completed the run, going one at a time. The second member caused another small piece to slide of no consequence.
