Humid and relatively warm when we started out at 8:00. Broken skies and intermittent fog throughout the morning. Found a damp and soggy conditions and a variety of crusts on the skin up. No noticeable cracking or collapses but still excercised caution given the state of the snowpack. Graupel was starting to fall as we were exiting at around 14:00.

- <p>Dug a quick pit to take a look at the snowpack - still plenty of facets in the upper layers. Got a result of ECTN21 @ ~26-30cm on N facing slope at approximately 8,840 feet. (40° 37' 4" / -111° 39' 36"). </p>
