Quick report
Due to the storm activity and the considerable danger, I traveled only on slopes lower than 30 degrees. I dug a quick snow pit 200 CM down and was able to measure the total snow depth at 7150ft SSW slope to be 310cm. The top 75 to 85 cm appeared to be the most recent storm slab. 2 extremely hard and prominent crusts were present at 140 cm below the surface (at 170 cm above ground), and 160 cm below the surface (at 150 cm above ground). I was not able to perform any compression tests. I did not witness any whumphfing or cracking during the tour but I remained completely below the tree and ridgeline.
