Quick report
Soft turns on north facing terrain, kicking off a bit of loose dry slough. Otherwise no signs of snowpack instability on north facing, shaded aspects. Late afternoon exit onto south facing terrain with small soft slabs breaking off at our skis on a few turns up top. A few tree bombs and point releases on steeper terrain noted with the warming temps, but the snow wasn’t quite catching the direct solar we were avoiding.

Mostly cloudy throughout the tour, clouds breaking up into blue by 5p. Light snowfall before noon, minimal wind.
