Avalanche Problem
New Snow

Avalanche appeared to have run during the early afternoon hours on Sunday when the winds and PI were active. The debris definitely had new snow and wind blown on it. Uncertain, but it may have been a natural, with a slab release in the upper part of the Chute and then widening and entraining more snow after it entered the bowl. The possible crowns appeared to be blown in and not visible. The avalanche appeared to not step down into deeper layers, but it did appear to dig down at least 3 to 5 inches into the prestorm NSFs.
