Quick report
Snow surfaces were dry but mostly wind effected on N through E aspects were I toured (9400-10300'). I did not observe any surface hoar preserved on the snow surface, but some small near surface facets were seen in a hand pit on a N aspect at 9600'. W through S aspect had sun crusts, and were becoming moist by 1400 when I left. Old wind slabs were unreactive to skis. Some recent cornice failures and cracks were noted.
