Typical Big Mtn fog kept views to a minimum. Blue skies were trying to muscle their way through, but didn't win today. Temps stayed between 28-30F all day. Light winds at open ridgetops provided some relief from warm temps.
Snowpack
Snow depths between 120-150cm are starting to cover up small trees and down logs. I found a facet/crust/facet combo down 90-95cm supporting a 1F slab of rounding crystals on NE aspects. ECTX on NE and SE aspects around 6400'. Ski pen increased throughout the day up from 25 to 40 cm on North facing aspects as temps hovered just below the freezing mark.
