IAG AST1 Vic Cole Hut Powell River

Pack before this recent snowfall was well settled, a few minor moderate shears in CT's on precipitation particles, no surface hoar at treeline on S aspects. Huge surface hoar below treeline which might now pose a problem in specific terrain features (steep, open chutes) with the new snow on top. However, the coming rising FL will probably take care of this. Tried to post this 3 days ago but couldn't log in, sorry.
