Cheops north bowl

Ca5 cm new snow. Light winds had blown new snow to cover most of old skin track up cheops from balu pass, but no hard wind slab and skinning was straightforward. Entrance into bowl was a bit firm with old tracks felt, but once into bowl, new snow and wind effect had generally covered old tracks, CA 10 cm boot pen. No hard wind slab. No evidence of recent avalanche or instability in bowl seen. Exit of bowl by sts couloir became firm and variable with many tracks. In general, pretty reasonable skiing given recent lack of snow.
