Quick report
Took a walk to Pine Martin today. Coverage at the resort is still very low, rocks and grass can be seen sticking out in many places. We seemed to have gotten about 6-7 inches overnight. Most of the snow had been blown around and deposited in pockets leaving some areas with enjoyable soft turns and others with the usual ice/wind crust interspersed with rocks and twigs. It was still cold and snowing around noon. If you are traveling in the mountains expect variable conditions, low coverage, and look out for wind-loaded areas.
