High winds transporting new snow around and into wind slabs. Quality snow before the winds really picked up in the afternoon. Shot cracks a few feet out on 4”-8” wind slabs near ridge tops a few times, and ran into a friend who experienced similar collapsing on his way up from a camp on the middle fork. Multiple small natural avalanches observed on steep, rocky terrain.
