Quick report
We were both a bit disappointed when, it looked and even felt like a dust on breakable crust with a semi obscured chunks of unknow type for extra spice. A classic DP on the swing mystery bag. However, we were surprised by how good the skiing was. Very fast, "surfy" snow and the crust was more spongy than breakable. The newest layer of grauple was however weakly bonded to the older layer and sloughing on every turn. The addtional snow we are expected to receive might prove trickier than anticipated.
