-
Felt/heard one small collapse skinning up near a ridge at 9200' (powder park one) Dug a quick pit near here. There was evidence of previous wind loading which offered some cohesion seemingly lacking elsewhere.

Quick pit but main points being -Poor structure, poor strength and propagation. We picked this spot off the ridge to see how the wind loading played and also after hearing a collapse.

Snowpack
Refresh helped improve riding conditions! Good shwacky fun
Snow depth varies from 0-30 cm at the trailhead to 40-75 cm up higher. Snow is largely unsettled with upwards of 30 cm of faceted base so ground level hazards are still very prevalent.
