- <p>The upper reaches of Horsehead were wind scoured with heavy wind deposits on leeward sides. Also, not much snow up there. 18 to 24 inches of pure facets. I stayed away from all the drainages. Rode mostly the apron. I got no propagation on any tests. No punchy layer, whomping, or collapsing. Skied East facing aspects at 10000'.</p>
