- <p>Small cornices and wind affected snow found on the NE aspect of Steam Mill Peak.</p> <p>Solar aspects with a morning crust began to warm and dampen throughout the day but still felt stable around noon on our way out.</p>
Variable snow conditions depending on elevation and aspect. Significant surface hoar forming lower in the valley, powder in protected polar aspects, and a sun crust that softened throughout the day on solar aspects. Great riding to be found.
