-
The winds were strong enough to move snow around though it seems like it was swirling as opposed to straight directional. Some loading occurred at upper elevations along ridges and other terrain features.

Snowpack is generally stable minus wind slabs up high along ridges. Found a few slopes that had collapsed during the storm but did not slide - they left a broad ripple on the snow surface. We observed this yesterday as well in a different part of the range. The weakest snow I've found is sitting on the surface - surface hoar and NSF's.
Snowpack
The snow has settled tremendously since last weekend's storm and feels a bit heavier especially in wind effected areas. We found surface hoar in shaded N facing terrain. S facing slopes have developed a substantial sun crust.
