Observation: North Ogden Mountains

Here's the first layers of this winters cake. Been just walking around in boots or sneakers. No skis yet. I struggled to find much old snow that was deep enough to be considered a thin base. New snow from 11/19 storm was about 4-6".

Heavy rime event for most parts of the Ogden Mountains from Sun/Mon which coated the snow surface and trees above about 8000'.
