We found generally stable conditions below 10,000' throughout our travels. Recent snow began settling and showed improved bonding to the underling crust buried 4/1. Hand shears were more resistent than previous days. Greenhouse affect yesterday combined with time since loading has helped stability improve. Cold tempeartures last night pulled the moisture from recent snow. Dry loose avalanches ran easy on northerly aspects but lacked a firm, cohesive wind loaded slab quality even off leeward ridgelines. It was a good day of terrain management starting with smaller less conseuqntial slopes and moving to larger terrain once we gained more knowledge of stability. Wind affect looked more significant above 10,000', but only viewed from a distance. 

Multiple wet loose avalanches were observed on very steep, sustained south facing terrain surrounding by cliff and rock features. One large wet loose released naturally (see photo) at 9400' S aspect. Numerous small wet loose avalanches were seen on adjacent slopes. Any slope that recieved direct sunlight below 9,000' and after 10:00 AM was affected quickly becoming denser/wetter. Colder temperatures and wind above 9,000' helped keep snow surface cooler. North facing terrain stayed cold. Intermittent cloud cover with short periods of strong solar influence. 

Snow is melting quickly in the valleys and lower elevation making access to terrain via snowmobile more difficult. My advice would be to stick to groomed trails or shaded access trails.
