Quick report

Cracking
specific

At 9am, the first skier in our party remote triggered a slide from the skin trac. it was a NE facing wind loaded slope with a wind slab approximately 2-3 feet deep . It broke on a steep rollover. There were at least 6 people in other groups ahead of us for which the slab did not react. Around 2:30pm, as we skied back down we saw the rest of the face had slide. The slide appeared to break far above at the base of a rock band. This slab was 4-6 inches in depth. Throughout the morning and early afternoon the snow became increasingly more wind affected and more areas had cracking.
