Rough pit Snow surface temperature was minus 11.1 degrees as per photo I found one small cornice 1/2 meter high as I traversed the north bowls from green gates top. Upper pack 4F new snow about first 12cms Mid pack various ice crusts stout, atleast pencil hard Lower pack was hard to gauge on tussoks felt a little sugary
