Quick report

Red Flags Comment

None. Plenty of evidence of Low danger. Some minor push-alanches in steep terrain at the lower elevations.

Looked at snow surface conditions from 7500' to 10,000'.

Old mf grains below the storm snow well insulated and not well locked up...but should be in the coming days.

Overall snowpack looks pretty good. Eyes now turn toward the early to mid-week storms.

Snowpack

4-8" of settled storm snow; snow surface is small grained graupel above an inch of low density stellars. Excellent riding conditions on high north...becoming damp in the mid to low elevations. Off aspects well crusted with localized areas of thaw depending on cloud cover and elevation.
