Little hard to see whats happening here- but confident of debris pile. It looks like a shallow wind slab could have ran almost 1,500' vertical and perhaps several hundred feet wide.
There are other pockets that look like crowns but may be more related to wind erosion.
As far as timing- guessing during the peak wind event closer to loading with early Jan. storm, but could have occurred any time between Jan 9-17.
