Skier triggered avalanche on a soft bed surface composed of facets Saw one small natural windslab when nearing the ridge on the skinner. A few localized collapses felt while the crust layer was present, but as the crust disappeared as did the collapsing. Being on the common skinner was likely a reason for this as other skiers putting in a fresh skinner reported collapses on their uptrack in the alpine.
