Quick report

Several large to very large avalanches ran during the recent storm around Whetstone Mountain. The crowns are clustered together and several may have run sympathetically (together at the same time).

I saw at least five D2 or larger slides on Whetstone, and one deep-looking pocket in lower Red Lady Bowl, below the corniced ridge. All looked fresh enough that they probably ran today.
