Quick report
Full sun made for easy obs. Headed up to north facing open terrain around 7000 ft. Per the avy report, upper elevations had been raked by the wind fairly aggressively, resulting in variable ski conditions. Some sculpted powder and some windboard in the open, but beautiful faceted recycled powder in the mid elevation trees. Surface hoar was mostly blown away in open terrain, but sheltered forest harbored lots of facets, ranging from 5-15 mms.
