I skinned up one of the gullies to 9200', following yesterday's skin track to its right, then breaking my own in the gully itself. I felt and saw signs of small, old wet slides under the fresh snow, usually on the left/north-facing side, but was unable to start anything myself either stomping or skiing down. I turned around when I found 6-8" of heavy fresh powder sliding on top of a hard layer. It didn't go more than a few feet, but I had had enough. There was little to no visibility most of the time, with a mix of light snow showers and clouds; the flat light made skiing down a somewhat cautious affair.
