Saw a few class 1 avalanches today, most of them on North facing aspects. The day was quite foggy at times with minor clearing periods, so visibility was poor. Skiing was great with ski pen about 30-40 cm on North aspects above 1700m. Skied mainly dense and open trees on North slopes limiting exposure to overhead cornices. Lots of wind slabs forming around all ridgelines.
