Our party traveled up to the Whipple Couloir today via Neff’s Canyon. In isolated pockets we experienced whumping and shooting cracks. On our way back down the canyon we skied low angle North to North West slopes with no major signs. As we began to travers to the North’s Fork drainage one of our party remotely triggered an avalanche about 80 ft wide and 16 inches deep. The slide was triggered from roughly 100 ft away. No one was caught.
