Quick report
This is a favorable location with the high HS (>2 meters). I would not expect to see this stability most places in the range. On the plus side there are places that are looking pretty good from a stability standpoint. On the minus, if you hit bad spot it's pretty serious.

-
This barely rates a mention in this zone. Between myself and my classes I have dug or witnessed 6 pits in these upper Pink Pine meadows in the last month. The NFL NSF layer just gets deeper (150 to 170 down) and is gaining strength. No stability tests have been reactive to ECTs or PSTs in this particular zone (these are the upper meadows below Rainbow's north side). HS has been above 2 meters in here for over 3 weeks now. But there is a structure of note so we should continue to track it till it is all pressed out. Obviously some upper drainages of LCC are different them many places in the Central Wasatch with less HS in the range.
