Quick report

Went for a last tour in the middle fork, beautiful day with stable snow conditions on mostly north facing terrain. We did notice on slopes above 35 degrees, fast moving sloughs that could run for a long time. This was due to a firm layer (rain, sun crust) that would shed all new snow. It required some good slough management. That was the main hazard for us.
