16” of new snow on the Red Chair when we walked by. Along the ridge, a couple of cornice kicks triggered slow moving dry loose avalanches. Loose snow and 12” storm slabs were active in the steep terrain of Hidden. By the time we got to the Apron traverse level it wasn’t steep enough to trigger anything more than we had already released. We flushed hidden. The upper couple hundred feet ran dry loose and then when I got below the outer limits traverse level, I pulled it out to the perimeter as a slab 30-40' wide. It ran a couple hundred feet below the traverse level. I would expect D1-2 avalanches in aggressive ridge terrain and upper elevation wind loaded slopes. Lower angle avalanche terrain probably won’t move much unless the wind or more snow changes the equation.

We triggered small dry loose avalanches at the entrance of hidden. They ran a long way in the steep terrain and entrained the upper 6" of the new snow. When I got below the Outer Limits Traverse level, I triggered the gully as a storm slab (12" deep). It didn't pull out any of the surrounding terrain. The slide ran ~400 vertical feet down into the upper portion of the apron (R2/D1.5).
