Quick report
Wide variety of snow surfaces out there - some soft snow, some wind affected snow, some sun affected snow. A few inches of snow fell about 2 days ago which really helped the skiing/riding conditions.
On many slopes, there is an obvious layer of near surface facets. This will be the primary weak layer when more snow falls. It's not necessarily on all slopes, but it's on enough that we'll have to assume it's everywhere.

Tom Grande pointed out two old avalanches that may have happened about 2 weeks ago during snowfall and high winds (~Jan 10). The debris was reported to be barely visible with no hard blocks which suggest these were soft wind slabs.
