Quick Observation

We found wind slab pockets size 1, largest West through southwest. Winds slabs were immature but building quickly and started to be reactive. Slip and fall hazard is still a concern. Hardest slab we found all day was on the roof at the mountain center that was 1 finger hardness

Snowpack

In our snowpack test we found a developing wind slab on the surface then a sudden planar below the “hard crust” 30 cm down on a north aspect we had irregular breaks and resistant planar 70cm down at the February crust layer.
