rock glacier

A nice day with a few turns on the lower rock glacier. Snow pack was around a 100cm and the surface 15cm was soft and sheltered from wind. It skied quite well The trail is well packed by snow machines and it only took about an hour to ski there from town. The alpine above looks thin and wind affected
