Good conditions on Stanley NF. Approached via Nemesis ledge traverse, which was supportive and offered enough ski penetration (2-5cm) for decent security. Still used ski crampons through here due to exposure. Seracs have been recently active above Nemesis, so there is only one reasonably safe line of ascent - tight and high on climbers left. We crossed about 5 decent sized, but well bridged holes after gaining the glacier. Boot pack travel was unremarkable. Mostly not a wallow, through old pow and slight wind affect, and not too deep to be annoying.
Scattered to broken clouds all day. Sun packed a punch when we had it, but air temps remained cold. It never got warm enough to really break down any crusts we skied on in the Stanley valley.
