Emerald Peak

The skiing was very variable with altitude. Upper parts were dry though wind affected powder. Mid section got crusty and bottom was almost mashed potatoes.

At 2300 meters. No sun crust observed. Hand hardness Top top bottom 10 cm fist 20 cm4 fingers 30 cm 1 finger ECT no result Shovel sheared the block after no ECT result. Hard to pull but failed eventually cleanly 60 down on facets 1 mm.
