Fairview and Surprise Pass

Did the surprise pass tour and also tagged Fairview along the way. On solar aspects, some areas had great snow (generally low angled spots that haven’t been wind affected) but others had multiple crusts, making for poor stability and equally poor skiing. Great snow on the shaded descent down to Lake Louise! Starting to get very tracked out at the bottom. Today was warm in the sun but still quite cold in the shaded alpine areas.
