Jupiter traverse, down thorington

Went up to sapphire col, test pit on the last main slope before the col. Mod to hard RP results down 30 and 60. Remote trigger a cornice while traversing the Jupiter ridge, cornice pulled a slab stepped down to rock on east face of Castor, ran down to Glacier bench below, a few chunks made it over the bench. Sz 2. Great skiing down the Thorington. Top 5 to 10 sluffing on steeps, not moving fast. Ski out is in good fast shape. Afternoon clouds cut out the heat, moist in valley but not isothermal.
