Circus/Portal

As expected, alpine heavily wind affected with a variety of breakable/supportive wind slabs. Skied south aspect slope which was slightly better snow quality than the north approach. Circus valley area still pretty thin (80cm valley bottom).

Cloudy and colder than expected in the morning, sun packing more of a punch by the afternoon. Moderate winds didn't seem to pick up til later in the day but I'm no weatherman.
