Maligne Area

Broke trail off of the Skyline and was surprised to find for the most part it was supportive below tree line. At tree line and above the snowpack was very supported. Skied NE aspects and stuck to conservative terrain. Winds were fairly calm with a few gusts. Saw what looked like to be very old avalanche debris from a cornice failure. A bit of wind transport in the alpine, soft slabs were forming but were unreactive. Overall the skiing was amazing.
