Ridiculously deep snow. Very light in the morning, in trees and in sheltered area. It quickly got heavier with some sun light and in more open areas. It skied amazingly well all the way to the valley, but it was getting heavier when we left.
Some small loose dry in open gullies off the side of teddy bear trees, and considerable sluffing while skiing at tree line.
No other signs of avalanches. All the big paths in Connaught were still hanging and primed with lots new snow at 1pm.
