Five Mile Fun

Skied the North West facing stuff in Five Mile and Acidophilus. There was some sloughing in Acidophilus. On the North West stuff in Five Mile Basin there was a crust buried under about 10cms of new, wind affected snow. We never had any problems with it sloughing or cracks or whumpfs on the was up. We did try to avoid the more wind affected areas. We also made sure to stay our from overhead hazards like some of the cornices hanging out on the straight N and NE aspects since it was pretty warm.
